  It's gone downhill in quality and service over the last couple of years. SOOO many times I have left without receiving my full order. I know the pic makes the fries look ok, but they were seriously white!! For the price you pay for a frappe and I don't even get it filled to the top, it's just not worth coming here anymore.

  Worst McDonalds in South Australia! No Customer Service. Owner is rude and arrogant as is the staff. You give feedback and they stare at you like a moron.
  
  Last week going through drive through the girl forgot my fries, I mentioned this and she wanted me to drive through again and re order so my food went cold. Or the other option she said was to park my car, line up and order inside. Too lasy to walk two steps to put it through on her computer.
  
  Today I'm waiting in line and the staff asked me to go to their retarded kiosk thing. This meant everyone behind me in the line was served before me and received their food before me. She then had to take me to my original register at the counter to process payment. This is the most stupid thing McDonald's has brought in. It makes no sense. When I go to give the staff and team leader feedback, he rolled his eyes and turned his back on me. I asked him why he won't respond verbally to me and he said he didn't know. Rude! Rude! Rude! I ask to speak with the owner. He did the same, starred at me. How can you expect staff to have customer service if the owner doesn't . I tried to tell him my feedback then he said, ' we only get good feedback' well mate you are an ignorant moron and since you have taken over the business has gone to the dogs. Never again unless I want to be starred at like an alien .

  Remember the days when burgers were pre-made and wrapped in paper then sat under the warmer so that by the time you finished placing your order the burger had been put on the tray in front of you, the bun had gone slightly sweaty, the salad was warm, the cheese melted and the beef was still hot? I do, and I miss them.
  
  Anyway, this Maccas is usually pretty clean and has had some renovations done recently. The staff that served me were friendly.
  
  It would just be nice if the burgers were hot when they came out. And that is at ANY McDonalds....
